Another Midtown lot to grow a building

Nothing makes us happier than to see a vacant building/lot turned into something actually useful and productive. Residents near the lot above (at Webster and La Branch) have had to deal with a lot (with this lot). First, it was a vacant building that attracted homeless and drug users (shown in the streetview above). It was then demolished and made a vacant lot. Soon, there will be new neighbors… The Houston Spine and Rehabilitation Center of Houston has purchased the land and will be building a new rehabilitation clinic there. They are currently leasing space in the St. Joseph’s building nearby, but they will eventually be migrating over to their own place. While no renderings have been found yet (or dates made public for construction), we promise to keep you informed of the progress.
For those wondering, this lot is caddy-corner to the other two lots slated to be developed by Weston Solutions. You can read more about that here.

exceptional news man.
any ideas on when weston solutions will start construction?
Seems like they “rehabilitated” the brown fields but have stopped since then.

I haven’t seen anything yet. I was guessing they would need to wait anyways until the city finishes up all the work on La Branch.

When do you plan to do that, so that we can protect both male and female from domestic violence?
regardless, my friend Kevin and i snuck into
the infamous Blossom Ballroom and snapped this pic
before we got kicked out. The scope of work for the project includes
the transportation and installation of pipeline end manifolds, manifold,
umbilicals and flexible flowlines in addition to spool fabrication and recovery of two existing flowlines in about 1,247 feet

you like. We offer new innovations to improve the quality of lifestyle, where constantly evolving, ideas represent company’s experience
